DIY Seaweed quinoa face mask

You will need:

1 tsp honey

Nori sheets soaked in water for 15 minutes

2 tsp Powdered Quinoa

1 tsp yoghurt

Method:

Mix them all up and apply to the skin. Wash off when dry. Please do a test patch before you try it on your face.

Benefits:

Seaweed:

This ocean herb is packed with benefits for the skin. It has  anti inflammatory  and anti aging properties.

Quinoa:

It reduces sun damage and rejuvenates the skin. For a more exfoliating mask you can replace this with oats instead.
